POSTALESIO (mt. 275)
Nestling at the foot of Mount Pizzo Bello, small Postalesio makes its best in the San Martin, the oldest settlement.
The Parish of St. Anthony, the 600's, features an altar designed by Caesar and guards Ligari remarkable medallions that adorn the first chapel, representing Jesus in the trees, the Deposition and the Coronation of the Virgin.
Particular one of the above maggengo Postalesio, "The Garden", located in a moraine where you can admire the "pyramids", elegant structures derived from work in the glacial deposit in streams and centuries of rain and here you for excursions through footpaths and mule tracks up to the highest maggengo Alpe Colina, where dwellings are still visible rural time, constructed with dry stone walls at a height of 1947 meters, its lake and then go up to 2046 meters altitude.
